This is an online system (baseballWRX) for a Baseball Company which provides training to students in various events. It is a complete web based back-office solution encompassing sales, customer inventory, accounting, reporting, administration etc. This application is based on modular approach; each module performs some specific task assigned to it, results in easier testing & maintenance. The application helps in creating events and manages user access privileges, online quote and invoice generation, print and mail customer packages. This application is based on the MVC architecture which separate the application object (model) from the way it is represented to the user (view) from the way in which the user controls it (controller).

Broadly this system can be viewed as having three main modules –

Administration - Responsible for creating various events & managing the customer inventory i.e. the entry point of master data.
Sales - This module is responsible for sales of various events to different players it creates invoices & quotes for various events.
Workflow - This module is the entry point of data related with the event for which invoice has been generated i.e. start date of event, time of start, coach, lcation etc, performance of players participating in various events.
